Summer Glau was an American actress best famous for her role as River Tam in Firefly, an award-winning television show. She also played Cameron on Terminator. The Sarah Connor Chronicles. Alongside these the shows, she was also on the shows The 4400 The Unit The Cape Arrow Sequestered and Angel Cold Case The Big Bang Theory Chuck and co-starring in the popular series Hawaii Five-0. In addition to her appearances on Serenity as well as Knights of Badassdom she has appeared in several TV and short films, like Mammoth Sarah, the beginning of Deadly Honeymoon Dead End Help for the Vacations and Inside the Box. Glau is the recipient of numerous accolades. FHM included her on their 100 Sexiest Females of the World list twice, and Wizard magazine included her in their Sexiest Women of TV. Selena Quintanilla......................Selena was born April 16 1971 in Corpus Christi Texas . She was the youngest of three children born to Marcela and Abraham Quintanilla. Selena began her music career at the age of eighteen in a band that was formed by Abraham Quintanilla. Selena played lead guitar in the band, along with her older brothers Abraham junior on base and sister Suzette playing the drums. Selena acted as the lead vocalist. Selena Y Los Dino, the band that she was in was named Selena Y Los Dino. The band also played in wedding fairs as well as dining establishments. The band was very time consuming for Selena and her siblings so they never had much of childhood. However, they were encouraged to become determined musicians thanks to their dedication from the father Abraham. Abraham senior was also a musician with the band that was originally called Los Dinos. Selena Y Los Dinos officially was formed in 1981. The band's primary business, and the primary source of family income. Quintanilla's family fought through the first years of financial hardships. Selena Y Los Dinos achieved recognition throughout the West States in the latter part of the 1980s. The group received their first taste of success in the form of Selena received awards for Female Singer of the Year and Best Performer during the Tejano music awards.
